Job Title: Columbia Icefield Customer service representative (Ticket Agent)
Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Day
Salary: $11.50 Hourly for 30 hours per week, Bonus
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Jasper, Alberta (2 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Not applicable
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Keyboarding, Basic computer skills (will train)
Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Prepare and issue tickets and receipts, Work with minimal supervision, Arrange services required for customers with special needs
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other Information:The Columbia Icefield Glacier Experience is Western Canada's largest Tour attraction and is located in Jasper National Park. Private room and board is provided for $13/day.
