Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Office building, Commercial building
Specific Skills: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings, Clean changing rooms and showers
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Computer use
