Job Title: Mac's Convenience Store Sales supervisor - retail (retail)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.26 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Jasper, Alberta (2 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Retail establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use, Continuous learning
