SnowDome Coffee Bar & Andromeda Coffee

Fantastic opportunity to work at a leading specialty cafe. SnowDome Coffee Bar & Andromeda Coffee is an established, locally owned cafe with two locations in beautiful Jasper National Park. We are recruiting for a Barista Supervisor to train and lead our team. The supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manger in maintaining a positive environment which provides fast, efficient and friendly service, plus ensures a quality experience for customers and staff. Shift supervisors train baristas in customer service, product knowledge and education.

With the original SnowDome Coffee Bar opening 20 years ago and Andromeda Coffee opening three years ago, we are regarded as one of the best coffee bars in Jasper and our intention is for this to long continue.

Barista Supervisors will have extensive skills and education with speciality coffee, hospitality and cafe experiences (1-2 years hands on barista experience) with the wish to take their careers further by working on a bar that is professional, clean, organized and offers a structured environment. Barista Supervisors will be able to lead a team to offer friendly service and coordinated, delicious beverages. Proserve is required.

Our standards are very high and we recruit people who want to be involved with a company with organization, clear goals and standards and a fun working environment.

Full time Barista Supervisors work an average of 32- 44 hours a week. This is a permanent position. Barista Supervisors lead a determined, passionate and professional team and will work on some of the best equipment in the industry: Slayer Espresso Machines, Mazzer, Poursteady, Marco and Mythos.
