We are hiring – Full time, Seasonal- Maintenance Worker

Work Term Requirement- March 1, until Early November 2021

Summary:

In this role you would assist with the daily upkeep of all units/property. Sometimes you are working on a project and are called away to an issue in a guest unit. You could be painting, gardening, installing a new ceiling fan, or fixing a leaking faucet. No two days are the same! Some overnight On-Call shifts are also required.

Some Duties would include:

- Reporting to the Supervisor

- Ground repairs and landscaping

- Performing tasks within carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and other finish work

- Inspect and general maintenance of all buildings and equipment as well as preventative maintenance to ensure proper and safe working conditions

- Completion of daily routine

Requirements:

- General Maintenance experience (1+ years)

- Valid Class 5 License (Class 3 would be an asset)

- Carpentry experience (or similar trade)

- General knowledge of power tools and basic machinery an asset

- An understanding of plumbing is a great asset
