Summary of Responsibilities: 
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service 
Follow Reservations & Hotel policies, procedures and service standards 
Ensure the smooth & efficient flow of information from the Revenue, Events, and Marketing teams to guest, Rooms and Food & Beverage Operations. 
Oversee the entire detailing of all JPL Signature Packages, including but not limited to Christmas In November, Jasper Beer & Barley Summit , Devour – The Canadian Rockies Food Film Festival, Spring Break, Jasper Half Marathon, PJ Party, Seniors Fall/Spring, Symphony Under the Stars and the Festival of Christmas) 
Process & track all Signature Package bookings including: create and update event databases, send confirmation letters, create shares, update reservations, arrange transportation process deposits and other requirements 
Send InTouch Pre-arrival E-mails for all applicable guests 
Update InTouch template and submit to Property Systems on a timely basis 
Update Reservations Rate code tracking with all roll outs 
Enter and maintain all Signature Packages data for participants and session registration databases 
Arrange class times and manage program itineraries 
Cross reference all registrations on a daily basis using the Website Information and Property Manager 
Monitor the Package Coordinator information line and email inbox to ensure that all guest inquiries are answered within 48 hrs 
Respond to guest concerns in a professional and timely manner 
Ensure all paperwork and confirmation letters are filed on a daily basis 
Assist the daily Reservations Operation as directed by the Manager 
Promote enrollment of Le Club AccorHotels 
Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications: 
Minimum 1 year Front Office, Reservations or Sales experience is mandatory 
Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command of the English language 
Typing skills, approximately 40 words per minute 
Property Manager, MyFairmontReservations, and Microsoft Office applications experience is mandatory 
Proficient knowledge of hotel facilities and surrounding areas. 
Excellent communication and organizational skills 
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 
Highly responsible & reliable 
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision 
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times 
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
