The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, staff supervision, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
