Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, staff supervision, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and dining areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to meet health department standards.
Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices in the food industry.
