We are seeking a highly organized and visually driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategy across digital, content, and design platforms. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Regional Digital Marketing Team, you will assist in bringing campaigns to life, maintaining our digital presence, and producing brand-aligned visual assets.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Brand, Digital & Content Support

Support content creation across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and brand standards
Assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns that showcase renovated spaces, guest experiences, and luxury positioning
Maintain and update digital platforms including website content, OTA listings, and Google My Business
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution and digital updates
Website & Digital Execution

Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing priorities
Support the development and execution of landing pages for offers and seasonal campaigns
Assist in optimizing digital content to support SEO and conversion goals
Conduct regular audits to ensure content quality, functionality, and alignment across platforms
Graphic Design & Brand Visuals

Support the creation and production of visual assets for digital and print channels—including social media, email campaigns, signage, brochures, menus, and on-property materials
Assist in designing brand-aligned content that reflects Fairmont standards and the Language of Luxury
Coordinate design requests, timelines, and revisions with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Maintain organized content libraries and ensure consistency across all guest-facing materials
Social Media & Campaign Support

Assist in the creation and coordination of social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Support the execution of social campaigns and activations through asset preparation and scheduling
Track engagement metrics and support reporting on campaign performance
Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
Influencer & Media Visit Coordination

In partnership with PR Manager coordinate logistics for influencer and media stays, including itineraries, reservations, and on-property experiences
Liaise with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Activities teams to ensure seamless execution
Prepare pre-arrival materials and support curated, brand-aligned guest experiences
Track deliverables and follow up on content commitments post-visit
Support on-property hosting and assist in capturing content where required
Event Marketing & Visual Support

Support the execution of visual marketing for property activations, culinary events, and seasonal campaigns
Assist in documenting and showcasing influencer visits and events through curated visual content
Support the creation of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital content—ideally within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including website CMS, email marketing, and social media platforms
Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is an asset
Familiarity with GA4 or digital analytics tools is an advantage
Flexible and collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams
Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support events and activations

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
