Our client is a well-established, market-leading organization operating within the heavy equipment sector. Known for its strong reputation, long-standing customer relationships, and investment in its sales teams, the business continues to expand its footprint across Western Canada. Due to growth, they are hiring multiple Territory Sales Managers and are open to candidates willing to relocate into high-opportunity territories.

Your new role
As a Territory Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment, you will take full ownership of a defined geographic territory and be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and relationship management. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role with a strong focus on selling and renting new and used heavy equipment to construction, infrastructure, and industrial customers.You will manage the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to customers while working collaboratively with internal partners to deliver comprehensive equipment and service solutions. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and significant upside for high performers.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing and growing a territory through active prospecting and relationship building
Selling and renting heavy equipment and related solutions
Managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Negotiating and closing deals with new and existing customers
Staying current on product offerings, competitors, and market trends
Representing the business at industry events and trade shows
Maintaining accurate sales activity and customer records
What you’ll need to succeed

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors
Strong industry knowledge or a clear passion for heavy equipment sales
A hungry, self‑motivated, and ambitious mindset
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfort working independently in a field-based environment
Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
Valid driver’s licence (passport considered an asset)
This role is well-suited to someone looking to build a long-term book of business and directly influence their earning potential.
