Your Responsibilities

You’ll manage a high volume of active requisitions, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake meetings through to offer coordination
You’ll navigate complex candidate workflows, ensuring all data is tracked and updated correctly
You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across departments to meet varying recruitment needs
You’ll maintain a consistent, positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications

3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, agency or in-house
Strong experience managing high-volume requisitions in a structured environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Taleo is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
