Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and finishing work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction and renovation.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications
Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, and other finish carpentry components with precision
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for project completion
Execute restoration projects involving woodwork, siding, roofing, and general repairs
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
Apply construction painting, caulking, and finishing techniques to achieve professional results
Assist with plumbing, electrical work, or handyman tasks when required for project scope
Measure accurately and cut materials to specifications for seamless installation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or finish carpentry with a portfolio of completed projects
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates accurately
Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and tile laying is preferred
Experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and construction estimating software is advantageous
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills in both residential and commercial settings
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions
Handyman experience or background in manufacturing or restoration projects is beneficial
Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation required
