What’s the job:

The Account Manager drives TFS’ growth in the medical aesthetics, dental, and healthcare markets by helping clinics and practitioners access tailored financing solutions to grow their businesses. This is a consultative, client-facing sales role focused on both acquiring new partners and expanding relationships with existing clients

You will own a portfolio of accounts and guide customers through the full financing lifecycle—from initial engagement and needs discovery to structuring, approval, and funding. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients evaluate equipment investments, optimize cash flow, and choose financing strategies that align with their business goals.

In addition, you will develop and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners, positioning TFS as a trusted financing partner and generating consistent referral-based lead activity within the medical aesthetics ecosystem.

This role requires a strong sales mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to build credibility with clinic owners, operators, and industry partners across North America.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing clinic and vendor relationships within the medical aesthetics, dental, and healthcare space
Proactively engage inbound and outbound opportunities to identify financing needs and convert them into funded deals
Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their business goals, equipment needs, and financial position to recommend tailored financing solutions
Structure and present financing options by leveraging a network of lending partners to deliver competitive and creative solutions
Prepare high-quality credit submissions, including financial analysis, deal rationale, and supporting documentation for lender review
Guide clients through the full application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
Negotiate financing terms, address objections, and successfully close transactions while meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets
Manage the end-to-end deal process, including documentation, follow-ups, and resolving any funding or approval challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions, and deal status
Develop deep knowledge of lender programs, industry trends, and competitive offerings within the medical aesthetics financing space
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize deal outcomes and client satisfaction
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets
Represent the business at industry roadshows and conferences, engaging vendors and prospects, strengthening relationships, and generating new commercial opportunities.
Perform other job-related duties as required to meet organizational needs
What you bring:

High integrity, professionalism, and a strong results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients, manufacturers, and channel partners
Competitive and performance-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while upholding company values
Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and close effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and prioritize high-impact activities
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to perform both independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
Consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored financing solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage pipeline and client interactions effectively
3+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience (including outbound), with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding quotas
Experience working with third-party vendors, manufacturers, or referral partners to generate pipeline is a strong asset
Experience in equipment financing, or within the medical aesthetics, dental, or healthcare space, is preferred
Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
Ability to speak French required
