Housekeeping Attendant
Decore Hotels is a small family-owned business with two locations in Jasper. We make it our mission to bring joy to our guests by providing clean and well-maintained hotel rooms and exceptional friendly service in the heart of the outstanding Jasper National Park.

If you are passionate about the outdoors and like the sound of spending your days off exploring the numerous hiking trails, frozen lakes, or ski slopes; then we want you to join our team as a Room Attendant.

Room attendants are responsible for ensuring that our guests arrive to a room that is clean, well presented and properly maintained. Whilst direct contact with the guests may be limited the impact of the Room Attendant on the guest’s experience at the hotel is significant.

What the position looks like

As a Room Attendant your duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Cleaning and maintaining all rooms

· Making beds and changing sheets for guests

· Emptying garbage bins

· Sweeping, mopping and washing floors

· Washing windows, walls and ceilings

· Cleaning bathrooms

· Answering guest requests

· Completing job task lists daily

· Vacuuming

· Other tasks as required

What we require from you

· Valid work permit, permanent residence status or citizenship and currently residing in Canada

· Must be able to speak English to an everyday business level

· Strong focus on providing and contributing to an exceptional guest experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous housekeeping experience an asset
