Duties/Tâches:
Coordinates, conducts and prepares Impact Assessments (IA) to maintain the environmental and commemorative integrity of Parks Canada natural and cultural resources. Designs and implements environmental surveillance and monitoring programs to ensure implementation of approval conditions, terms and agreements for construction, clean-up, restoration and follow-up reporting programs for complex utility or development projects. Provides leadership and advice on locally sensitive projects or policies.

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de surveillance et de suivi environnemental pour assurer la mise en œuvre des conditions d’approbation, des modalités relatives aux programmes d’établissement de rapports sur la construction, le nettoyage, la restauration et le suivi en ce qui concerne les projets complexes de services publics et d’aménagement. Assurer un leadership et fournir des conseils sur des projets ou des politiques de nature délicate à l’échelle locale.
