The Role: Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a hunter — someone full of energy, resilient, and ready to go the extra mile to generate pipeline and help us scale globally. As a BDR, you’ll be on the frontlines of our growth, driving outbound prospecting and creating new business opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone with a first experience in sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid to pick up the phone, and knows how to use modern sales tools to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Proactively prospect and reach out to potential clients (phone, email, LinkedIn, video, you name it).
Leverage AI tools, lemlist, and HubSpot to personalize outreach and maximize efficiency.
Research and identify key decision-makers in universities, associations, and other target markets.
Generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team by understanding prospects’ needs and challenges.
Follow up consistently and creatively — you don’t take “no” for an answer.
Track and manage all activity in HubSpot CRM.
Continuously learn and improve by testing new approaches, messaging, and tactics.
What We’re Looking For

1+ year of sales experience (SaaS or B2B sales is a plus).
A true hunter mentality — resilient, persistent, and motivated by results.
High energy, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
Familiarity with HubSpot, lemlist, or other sales automation tools (a plus if you already know them).
Fluent in English and French.
Curious and adaptable — you love experimenting with new strategies and technologies.
