Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The position offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and grow within our team.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during service
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation guidelines
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Ability to perform basic math for billing and cash handling purposes
Experience with food safety practices and food preparation is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide exceptional guest services
