Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is willing to work full time through the end of high season and stay on through winter. Responsibilities include:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage reservations and room assignments
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
