SunDog Transportation and Tours has been sharing our transportation and touring expertise with international, regional, and local guests for over 25 years. We are Canadian Rocky Mountain transportation experts and a one-stop shop for those who would love to explore our home base here in Jasper National Park. Our staff live, work, and roam the rocky mountains and as a new Driver and Guide you will be sharing the best seat on the bus with our guest.

This position demands a talented, motivated, well organized individual who is confident in making safety conscious decisions for the betterment of our guests. As a SunDog Transportation and Tour Driver you will have the opportunity to drive and guide a variety of different tours such as: SunDog’s daily connector shuttles to Edmonton and Banff, seasonal sightseeing tours, and many other private chartered transportation services. You will experience the services and tours SunDog has to offer throughout our training program, training will provide the tools necessary to deliver a great product. We take pride in building and continuing relationships with our guests, wholesalers, third party partners, tour directors, and staff, as a Driver Guide you will be the Captain of our guests experience.

Job Requirements 
The Role

The role requires working directly with the Operations and Dispatch Team to best position you to deliver an exceptional product. This position will primarily involve safely operating fleet vehicles while transporting our valued guest to a variety of destinations. How to manage the safety of the passengers, the bus, reporting pre and post trip logs in a digital format, and how to share the stories of the Rocky mountains will take shape during Sun Dog's training program.

Key responsibilities of a Driver Guide:

Conduct a safe, orderly, and fun sightseeing tour or transportation experience.
Manage pre/post trip safety assessments and logs from a digital Mobile.
Efficiently keep to a scheduled itinerary.
Provide exceptional service to our guests.
Respect all guests , staff, and team members.
Professionally handle guest queries and concerns.
Complete all passenger paperwork for entry into attractions.
