SunDog Tour Co is looking for talented, motivated individuals who want to enjoy an excellent work life balance in Jasper, Alberta. With the mountains out your back door, there are plenty of amazing summer activities to experience. We are seeking adventurous souls who want to thrive in a new environment.

We offer competitive wages and transportation from the airport to assist you with your move. Our work schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off to allow for plenty of time to explore the National Park.

SunDog Transportation and Tours is proud to be a member of the Jasper community and has been servicing the Canadian Rockies and beyond with excellent customer service and family friendly vibes for over 20 years. We will be hiring a number of full time and part time roles within the organization. All successful candidates will receive comprehensive training.

Jasper Adventure Centre Sales Associate

The Role

SunDog Transportation and Tours is looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team at the Jasper Adventure Centre, our central reservations office in downtown Jasper. You will be trained to become knowledgeable on a wide variety of Jasper activities and experiences and sell them effectively. This position will have you face to face with our customers who will be looking for guidance on what to do on their Rocky Mountain Vacation. Seasonal position April - October.

Key Responsibilities

Promote retail sales for SunDog Tours products and services
Maintain store standards and merchandise presentation
Answering phone inquiries
Perform point of sales transactions.
Managing Cash outs
Acting as an ambassador for Jasper National Park
Continuous communication with SunDog Head Office
Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Strong and friendly communication skills
Proficiency in English, other languages an Asset
Knowledge of Jasper National Park an Asset
Proficient in Google workspace, MS Office, MS Excel
