This position provides clerical and administrative/operational support services and related information/guidance, typically in support of a specific function or a program area in a field unit.

Intent of the process
A list of qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within Jasper National Park, whose duration could vary depending on the position being staffed (i.e. determinate period or permanent).

At this time, this process is intended to fill one (1) anticipated vacancy at the Palisades Education Centre in the position of Administrative Services Officer I.

Education:
Successful completion of secondary school or Public Service Commission approved alternative.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
Recent and significant** experience in providing administrative and/or financial support services.
Experience in working in a client serviced environment such as responding to requests for information from internal and/or external clients.

**Recent and significant is defined as a minimum of 1 year within the last 5 years
