Lead the Rebirth of an Iconic Mountain Hotel

The Role

Mount Robson Inn is rising again — rebuilt, re‑imagined, and ready to welcome a new era of mountain hospitality. We’re searching for a General Manager who isn’t just excited about running a hotel, but about building one from the ground up.

This is your chance to lead a brand‑new property shaped by resilience, craftsmanship, and the spirit of the Rockies. Supported by our Director of Operations, you’ll:

Build operational systems and service standards for a hotel reborn
Craft unforgettable guest experiences that set the tone for a new legacy
Hire, coach, and inspire a team ready to grow with the property
Establish financial and performance foundations for long-term success
Partner with People & Culture to create a workplace where inclusion, belonging, and mountain‑kind leadership thrive
