Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Cook role at the Jasper Sky Tram location. You will be reporting to the Executive Chef
Serves meals by reviewing recipes, assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients.
Support with line prep as well as baked items for our cafe
maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
Executes all food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications
Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders.
Supports in the dish area as needed

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Food safety and WHMIS training considered an asset.
Proven experience as cook.
Attention to cleanliness and safety.
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to work in a team.
