About Working in Remote Camps
Staff are provided with accommodation, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities. We have both long-term and short-term contacts. Shift schedules are between 10-12 hours (day or night) and are typically 20 days on and 10 days off, depending on the camp. We provide partial uniforms and help with the travel/reservations as needed to and from camp locations. Excellent Health and Wellness benefits are offered after three months.

We currently have an opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing with camp cleanliness and sanitation overall daily operations of housekeeping and janitorial areas. They must be able to work diligently and under pressure. The Housekeeping Supervisor should be organized and have good time management skills. They must also be able to lead by example and have high expectations for the employee. Dealing with employee issues and conflict resolution will be required.
Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Great communication; speak, read and write English
Completion of High School
Team player and can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
Always maintain a professional appearance
Works safely and responsibly
General Duties and Responsibilities

Provides first class customer service
Assign daily workloads and supervise housekeeping and janitorial personnel
Maintain and monitor inventory and records
Orientation and training new employees
Prepare weekly chemical orders, consult Head/1st Cook regarding kitchen requirements
Administering and receiving constructive feedback from both clients and LandSea employees
Participate in safety meetings and reporting, incidents, injuries, or safety hazards as per LandSea and TMEP requirements
Assist with cleaning when required
Different tasks may arise at the last minute, be available to complete and assist other staff with all tasks they require
Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time
Fast repetitive movements of fingers, hands, and wrists
Able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs
Able to use hands to handle objects and tools
Must be able to complete 12-hour shift
Other Requirements

Pre-employment drug and alcohol clearance
Completion of LandSea or site-specific Orientation and Safety Training;
Government-issued ID is required for air travel.
