We are the largest Canadian Rockies internet presence and are seeking an experienced Banff & Jasper Search Content and Website Build Strategy Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our destination websites.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands search intent, destination marketing, website architecture, code, and digital content strategy. You will help plan, organize, and oversee the development of high-quality content and website experiences that inspire millions of travelers exploring Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Canmore, Yoho, Kootenay, and the Canadian Rockies.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term website growth strategies focused on Banff, Jasper, and the Canadian Rockies.

Research search trends and traveler intent to identify new content opportunities.
Plan and organize destination content, visitor guides, itineraries, attractions, activities, accommodations, transportation, dining, and seasonal experiences.
Design scalable website structures that improve user experience and search visibility.
Coordinate the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality destination content.
Analyze website performance and identify opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Work closely with photographers, content creators, developers, and marketing partners.
Help expand our digital footprint across new destinations and tourism experiences.

Qualifications
Experience in SEO, website strategy, digital publishing, or destination marketing.
Strong understanding of search intent, keyword research, and content planning.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with website architecture, navigation, and information design.
Knowledge of the Canadian Rockies tourism industry is a significant asset.
Experience with analytics and performance reporting is an asset.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
