The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Retail Branch Manager to lead branch operations, keeping things running efficiently while supporting a high-performing team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, people's leadership, and client service, and reports directly to regional leadership.

What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations including scheduling, performance monitoring, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently and professionally

Drive revenue growth and profitability by holding the branch accountable to KPIs across top-line growth, contribution, compensation management, and client engagement

Build and sustain a sales culture by reviewing goals with the team, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, and leading by example

Manage client escalations and complaints, seeking resolution between clients, staff, and insurance companies

Coach, train, and develop branch staff, including onboarding new hires and identifying performance barriers

Monitor employee performance and provide regular reporting to regional leadership

Ensure receivables are current and branch administrative processes are running to standard

Maintain current knowledge of insurance products across auto, personal lines, and commercial lines to support staff day-to-day

Maintain licensing in good standing, including attending continuing education as required

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of insurance industry experience

Level 2 insurance licensing required, with a CAIB designation highly valued

Demonstrated experience in a people leadership or branch management role

Experience working across organizational or functional boundaries

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with solid business acumen

Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine client service orientation

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
