Job Title: Jasper Inn Alpine Resort Food and beverage server 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening

Salary: $9.20 Hourly for 30 hours per week, Gratuities, Group Insurance Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Jasper, Alberta (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Responsible beverage service certification
Experience: Experience an asset

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic cash register, Point-of-sale system
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Describe and advise on wine selection
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen
Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available, Staff accommodation provided
