Managing two locations, both located in Jasper, Alberta, in Jasper National Park. High pace environment. Attention to detail and strong leadership qualities required. Organization and good interpersonal skills a must. Job includes but is not limited to hiring, scheduling, over seeing front and back of the house, cash reports, organizing staff and stores, dealing with customer issues, some email correspondence, delegating responsibilities and follow up. Imperative to learn all aspects of the business to be able to properly manage them. I as the owner am still actively involved in the stores but do not run the day to day operations.
