We’re Hiring: Line Cook – Jasper Inn & Suites (Seasonal, with Potential to Stay Long-Term)

What You'll Do:

Work under the guidance of the Head Chef to deliver delicious, high-quality meals.
Follow prep lists, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock across all workstations.
Call orders and time plating with precision and professionalism.
Support inventory, product quality checks, and receiving deliveries.
Follow health and safety standards, and keep logs and checklists up to date.
Assist with staff training, mentorship, and kitchen teamwork.
Bring your best energy to every service- and have fun doing it.
What You Bring:

2+ years experience in a similar cooking/prep role.
Culinary education or equivalent hands-on experience (a strong asset!).
Current Food Safety Certification; First Aid & WHMIS are assets.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
