We're currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at the INN Grill, one of Jasper’s most beloved dining destinations.

Your Opportunity

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our food and beverage operations. You’ll lead a passionate team, shape memorable guest experiences, and bring your creativity and leadership to the table- literally.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Building

Inspire, coach, and empower your team to deliver top-tier service
Recruit, onboard, and train service staff with energy and purpose
Cultivate a supportive, high-performance culture that celebrates success
Guest Experience Excellence

Be a visible, engaging presence in the restaurant- greet guests, visit tables, and ensure satisfaction
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
Create memorable moments that keep guests coming back
Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day restaurant and banquet operations in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Head Chef
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards at all times
Financial & Strategic Management

Manage budgets, labour schedules, and inventory controls
Achieve liquor cost and labour targets while maximizing revenue
Contribute to marketing strategies, promotions, and events to build excitement and community engagement
Online & Community Engagement

Partner with our marketing team to build buzz through online platforms and special offers
Manage online reputation with timely, thoughtful responses to reviews
Foster strong relationships with local organizations and suppliers
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant or hotel F&B management (3-star or higher)
Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Excel
ProServe certification required
