Duties & Responsibilities

Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
Operate cooking equipment including grills, fryers, ovens.
Maintain clean workstation, equipment and kitchen areas.
Comply with all sanitation, safety and hygiene procedures.
Communicate order changes, shortages or concerns promptly.
Assist with prep work during slower periods.
Adhere to grooming standards and kitchen uniform policies.
Work positively in fast-paced environment
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience

Commercial kitchen experience, culinary internship students considered.
Culinary education is an asset.
Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail
Professional team player with problem solving abilities.
Food safety aware with ability to stand for long periods.
Available to work variable hours, weekends, holidays.
