Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow recipes, portion controls, and preparation procedures
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
Set up and stock stations for service
Monitor inventory and communicate product needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support team members during busy service periods
Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
Fluent English, written and verbal
Previous experience preferred

Our staff accommodation is a shared, dormitory-style environment where up to 13 team members live together and share common spaces. Bedrooms are shared with one roommate, and pets or family members (including spouses) are not permitted. Staff accommodation costs $15.00-17.00 a day (depending on property) and doesn't include prepared food/meal. Team members are expected to provide their own food and prepare it themselves.
