Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Breakfast Cook to lead breakfast service in our gourmet restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, excellent time management, and the ability to execute high-quality breakfast dishes consistently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and execute breakfast dishes to gourmet restaurant standards.
· Ensure precise cooking of eggs, proteins, sauces, and breakfast items.
· Lead and support junior breakfast cooks during service.
· Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and timing.
· Oversee prep, station organization, and cleanliness.
· Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are followed.
· Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a breakfast or line-cook in upscale or gourmet restaurants.
· Strong knowledge of breakfast techniques, timing, and plating.
· Leadership skills and ability to guide junior staff.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
· Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
