Roll With Jasper Social Cycle This Summer

Jasper Social Cycle is launching a new pedal-powered group experience in the heart of Jasper. Our 16-passenger electric-assist social cycles bring guests together for fun, music-filled rides through the Jasper townsite.

We are looking for responsible, friendly Cycle Drivers / Tour Operators to safely operate the bike and lead unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

As a Cycle Driver, you are responsible for safely operating the social cycle while leading a fun and engaging ride experience.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operating the Jasper Social Cycle throughout the Jasper townsite
Conducting pre-ride safety checks and inspections
Greeting guests and providing a brief safety orientation
Coordinating with the Cycle Host during rides
Navigating approved routes and managing ride timing
Ensuring guests follow safety guidelines
Assisting with guest boarding and seating
Monitoring weather and ride conditions
Supporting setup and turnover between tours
Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere
What We're Looking For

The ideal driver is responsible, confident, and comfortable leading groups.

You should be someone who:

Is calm and safety-focused
Enjoys interacting with guests
Has strong communication skills
Is dependable and punctual
Can confidently lead a group experience
Works well with a host/team environment
Tourism, guiding, hospitality, or outdoor recreation experience is an asset.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean driving record
Comfortable operating a large multi-passenger cycle
Ability to complete company training and safety certification
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Available evenings and weekends during peak season
ProServe certification is an asset.
