Roll With Jasper Social Cycle This Summer

Jasper Social Cycle is bringing one of the most unique experiences in the Rockies to Jasper. Our 16-passenger pedal-powered social cycle tours take guests through the Jasper townsite for unforgettable hosted rides filled with music, great energy, and mountain views.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing Cycle Hosts to help create an amazing experience for our guests.

If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and bringing the fun — this could be the perfect summer role.

What You'll Do

As a Cycle Host, you are the energy of the experience. You’ll help welcome guests, keep the vibe fun, and ensure everyone has a safe and memorable ride.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in guests
Assisting with guest seating and bike preparation
Providing a fun and engaging hosted experience during rides
Serving beverages in accordance with Alberta liquor regulations
Managing music playlists and ride atmosphere
Leading group games, icebreakers, and interactions
Ensuring guest safety and following operating procedures
Supporting the driver and assisting with bike operations when needed
Helping with setup, cleanup, and ride turnover between tours
What We're Looking For

The ideal host is outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with groups.

You should be someone who:

Loves meeting new people
Is comfortable speaking to groups
Has strong customer service skills
Brings positive energy and enthusiasm
Is reliable and professional
Works well in a team environment
Can stay organized during busy ride schedules
Experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or serving is an asset.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to stand and move for extended periods
Available evenings and weekends during peak season
Strong communication and teamwork skills
