Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile  to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, siding, roofing, tile laying, cabinet installation, and more. The  will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision and efficiency to ensure high-quality results across multiple construction and manufacturing sites.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational structures
Install siding, roofing, flooring, tiles, cabinets, and other building components with attention to detail
Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to meet project specifications
Assist with electrical wiring, plumbing installations, and HVAC systems as needed
Measure and cut materials precisely using schematics and technical drawings
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction projects
Estimate project materials and assist in construction estimating processes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Experience

Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related fields
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment
Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinet installation is preferred
Experience in restoration projects or woodworking is a plus
Prior handyman experience or general construction background highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments
Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites
