Compensation:
The wage for this position is $17.50 / hour. An end of season performance bonus of up to $1.00 for every regular hour worked once you complete your contract
What will be your daily pursuit?:
As the Retail Inventory Supervisor, you will support sales staff in keeping the store stocked and ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they will be introducing to guests.

What will you do in this job?:
Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing.
Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory,
Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
Supervision of staff, delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized
Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
Apply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet
Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
3-5 years of leadership and training experience
Class 5 Canadian drivers license required with clean drivers abstract
Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
Previous experience with back office systems.
Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Speaks second language, an asset
Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
