Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely processing
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while ensuring quality service
Ensure guest needs are met promptly and address any concerns professionally
Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and cashiering duties
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
Experience with food preparation or kitchen tasks is advantageous but not required
