Site Connect is hiring a Journeyman Electrician for an exciting out-of-town project in Jasper, Alberta. Position Overview

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities in accordance with applicable codes, project specifications, and Site Connect standards.

You’ll play a key role onsite by supporting project execution, maintaining quality workmanship, and mentoring apprentices while helping keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Complete conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, and testing
Identify and resolve electrical deficiencies and system issues
Participate in FLHAs, toolbox talks, inspections, and safety meetings
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Support and mentor apprentices in the field
Complete required documentation, reporting, and time tracking
Represent Site Connect professionally onsite and with clients
Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician certification
Experience in residential construction environments
Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code and safe work practices
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Valid driver’s license required

This position is hired through our Calgary branch and is based in Jasper, AB for the duration of the project. Ideal for candidates who enjoy out-of-town work and want to be part of a hardworking, professional crew while working in one of Alberta’s most scenic locations.
