Full job description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented insurance professional who’s ready to focus on what they do best: providing clients with personalized advice while supporting them through the decision making process.

This role is ideal for a licensed insurance advisor who wants to focus on exceptional advice and process rather than having to find new clients. You’ll be joining a high-performing, fast-growing team known for its strategic thinking, structured systems, and commitment to excellence. What You'll Do

Lead insurance advisor will be responsible for meeting with clients and making recommendations
Guiding clients through underwriting
Coordinate fulfillment from start to finish ensuring compliance
Track all communication and documentation across the file lifecycle
Liaise with clients, MGA and insurers to move files forward
Ensure all files are compliant, accurate, and moving efficiently through internal workflows
Maintain daily communication with the internal team and provide updates proactively
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience providing advice to clients
Licensed insurance advisor in British Columbia (other provinces an asset)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong and confident presence in video calls
Comfortable using tools like Excel, M365, Adobe, and CRMs (we use Zoho)
Highly organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Independent, efficient, and motivated to work in a high-performance team
Bonus If You Have

A college or university degree
Experience with high net worth client planning
