Title: SAP P2P (MM) & Ariba Analyst

Location / Lieu : 100% remote, ideally in the same time zone / Télétravail à 100 %, idéalement dans le même fuseau horaire

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand BRP business model to optimally use your technical skills and align the SAP solutions with its goal and needs.
Provide knowledge in the SAP P2P (MM) & Ariba to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions.
Act as the primary functional consultant for SAP P2P (MM) & Ariba, responsible for end - to - end procurement processes, supplier collaboration, Invoice management, and Ariba Network integration.
Ability to perform functional debugging by analyzing ABAP code, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with technical teams for fixes.
Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
Support the business and PMO in demand management and project prioritization
Participate in the elaboration of projects/implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and contribute towards continuous improvement and application maintenance activities
Develop and provide standards and best practices to the PMO and support teams for project delivery and application maintenance
Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation
Ensure specifications are matching business requirements. Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
Develop functional specifications and design specifications
Support peer review of design standards and specifications
Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality / solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses, where appropriate
Govern the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.
Support the data analytics team in providing data domain expertise in developing business intelligence reports
Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues, where relevant
Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends
Supports the business and SAP Business Advisors / Partners
Supports organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end user training, change impact assessments and job aids
Suggest improvements for the solutions maintenance/operation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

University degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP P2P(MM) and Ariba, and preferably one end to end implementation cycle in a SAP implementation or a roll out project.
Good understanding of P2P (MM) & Ariba integration with other SAP modules especially with SD, TM, EWM, and PP.
Exposure to SAP PP module and its integration with P2P processes is highly desirable.
Having knowledge of SAP LE modules will be an asset but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Materials Management, Materials Management organization structure, PO/STO processes, Inbound and Outbound Deliveries creation, Inbound and Outbound ASNs.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Materials Management and Ariba(buying and Invoice, Guided Buying, Ariba Network).
Capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices
Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP,good understanding of EDI and IDOC messages.
Understanding of S4 HANA processes
Experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
Experience with international and large-scale projects
Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
Interest in international trade and commerce
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
You're able to work in French and English (written and oral)
Assets:

Having knowledge of SAP LE modules will be an asset but is not mandatory.
Expertise in companies within the Manufacturing / Transportation / Automotive / Aerospace sectors
Experience in international companies with operations across different continents
Experience in multi-site companies
