Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Applicator to join our team. Delivering "Exceptional Exteriors - Unmatched Satisfaction". The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various materials examples: Cement Fiber Board, Lux, Wood and Aluminum Soffit, in accordance with project specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The Applicator will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position will be on a piece work base.

Some travel may be involved.

Duties

Able to follow instructions as per manufacturer specifications
Perform siding tasks as needed, including trimming, flashings and finishing work.
Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps in various structures.
Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Experience

Previous experience in siding (2 years and up)
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with carpentry techniques and practices is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.

Technical Skills

Measurement and layout – accurately reading blueprints, measuring walls, and cutting siding to fit.
Material knowledge – understanding vinyl, fiber cement, metal, wood, and composite siding systems.
Installation techniques – applying siding panels, trims, flashing, and insulation according to specs.
Weatherproofing – properly sealing joints, windows, doors, and penetrations to prevent moisture.
Tool use – proficiency with saws, levels, nail guns, scaffolding, and hand tools.
Fastener selection – knowing correct nails/screws and spacing for different substrates.
Safety compliance – following fall protection, ladder, and equipment safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 80 per week
