About us

EOS Construction & Consulting Inc. is a fast-growing construction and consulting company based in Calgary, specializing in framing, modular construction,renovations, tenant improvements, and construction management across Alberta and other provinces. We value quality, safety, and teamwork, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and drawings to ensure all work complies with building codes and project specifications.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials such as wood, engineered wood, or light steel framing.
Construct and install floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely around the job site.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, temporary supports, and barricades.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete framing and renovation tasks on time.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in framing, carpentry, or general construction.
Education: No formal degree required; trade training or apprenticeship is an asset.
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in different weather conditions.
Familiar with measuring tools, framing techniques, and construction safety practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are assets.
Safety certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, or AWP are preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
