Associate Dentist – Lac La Biche Smiles (New Clinic Opening)

Location: Lac La Biche, Alberta

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Weekday Schedule)

Start Date: November 2025

Accommodations: Provided for traveling dentists

Lac La Biche Smiles is a brand new dental clinic opening this November, and we are looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a recent graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a welcoming rural community with high patient demand.

About the Clinic

New facility with three chairs installed and room to expand to five as the clinic grows
Weekday coverage needed; weekends are already staffed
Flexible hours; we will adapt the schedule to fit your travel and availability
Accommodations provided for dentists commuting to Lac La Biche
Mentorship available for newer grads
Currently only one other clinic in town with over a one-month wait time
High demand and great potential to build your patient base
Compensation

Fixed daily rate to start
Transition to commission-based compensation as patient flow increases

Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta
