Bilingual Client Support Agent – Legal or Medical Background

Location: Canada (EST) | Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm | Pay: $28.00/hr | 100% Remote

This is a remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.

We’re looking for bilingual (English/French) Client Support Agents with a background in either the legal or medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Interpret and explain documentation related to legal or medical topics
Escalate complex or sensitive issues when appropriate
Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate empathy at all times
Follow internal protocols and compliance procedures
Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
Legal or medical background (Law Clerk, Paralegal, or related experience)
Strong communication and active listening skills
High attention to detail and ability to navigate sensitive topics
Clear criminal background check required
Use your own computer with:

Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage (minimum)
