Sales and Projects Coordinator

Unicel Architectural Corp – Remote

With 60 years of experience, Unicel Architectural has built a reputation for the most advanced glass, timber and aluminum solutions. These solutions encompass louvered glazing, skylights, timber or aluminum curtain walls and more, to enhance major global construction initiatives with the utmost quality and reliability.

The candidate's main responsibilities will be to coordinate all aspects of production start-up projects for glass products (Vision Control® and ViuLite®), from the signing of a sales contract to post-delivery follow-ups, in a multi-project context. The person will play a key role with customers and will act as a link between external sales representatives and the internal drafting team. Reporting to the Team Leader, Sales and Project Coordination, he/she will work in conjunction with the internal and external sales teams.

What You Will Do:

Prepare price calculations (in Excel) and quotations (in CRM and Word) and keep database up to date:

Be informed about the project, location, architect, type of application, etc.;
Calculate prices for special applications and lenses: request prices from suppliers;
Take account of exchange rates according to sales currency;
Draw up quotation/contract;
Send quotation with details and brochures to customers;
Follow up quotations with customers and manufacturing agents/external representatives.
Process orders in ERP system:

Open sales files (sales approval) and production files;
Gather necessary information (i.e. dimensions, depths, heights of frame & door openings) to produce shop drawings by technical department;
Verify shop drawings to ensure compliance with original request.
After-sales service :

Respond to customer inquiries (customer service); o Follow-up on projects;
Resolve potential problems on a shipped order (related to delivery, product attributes, missing parts, installation, etc.);
Send letters of warranty.
What You Need to Succeed:

College technical training (e.g. industrial design, architectural technician or other related training);
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position;
Experience in construction or manufacturing.
Demonstrate dynamism, judgment and thoroughness;
Attention to detail and organizational skills;
Good communicator and team player;
Ability to work under pressure;
Plan reading (2D);
Numeracy skills;
Ability to work in both metric and imperial systems;
Proficiency in office automation tools and software (Excel, Word, CRM);
Fluency in written and spoken English
